1. Do I need a credit card?
No. For the discovery plan and for the trials you won't need a credit card. Credit card information is needed as soon as you want to switch to a paid plan.
3. Can I cancel any time?
You can cancel at any time. If you cancel the Service before the end of your current paid up subscription period, your cancellation will take effect immediately and you will not be charged again.
5. What is the billing cycle?
The billing is pro-rata for the month. E.g., if you start half-way through the month you pay for the remainder of the month and then the full billing cycle starts on the 1st of the next month.
2. What happens when I hit my limits?
After hitting one of your limits, your project will still be available and we will charge you for the additional usage, using the over-limit pricing. If you are on the free plan, we will ask you to enter your credit card information before activating additional usage for your project..
